How it works

In 5 easy steps

1. When you contact us, we ask some questions about you, your family and how you live.

2. You tell us about the properties you are viewing and of course any that are of particular interest. We confirm our price and send you our terms and conditions for your approval

3. We meet at your chosen property, where we will most likely ask you more questions and discuss the development potential of the property. Rough sketches are drawn on site to further assist your understanding of possible layout changes.

4. Concept Viewing sketches and floor plans are created in an easy to use format and e-mailed directly to you within 2 days. Developed Viewing detailing takes a little longer, but generally 3-4 days turnaround.

5. You may then provide our sketches and floor plans to your chosen builder to provide a budget cost for your build. You may also wish to share your plans with friends and family too.​
