Concept Viewing

Concept Viewing provides consultation during a property viewing, an amended floor plan and basic un-rendered three dimensional sketches as seen here. This service provides our client with a basic but clear idea of what could be possible in terms of development and offers a quick turnaround.

Developed Viewing

Developed Viewing provides a more in-depth look at the development ideas. This would normally include layout ideas for both kitchens and bathrooms, which will allow our clients to take advantage of the free kitchen & bathroom design services offered by large manufacturers of these products. We can also provide floor plans, flow diagrams, natural light change studies and scale models subject to project and client requirements.

Vendor Services

We also offer assistance for those looking to sell their home.  We can advise on practical and cost effective design ideas that could be easily implemented to help increase the chance of either a speedy sale or even a more profitable sale price.
